Hi math wizards! I am about one week through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to pick up the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with how to do quadratic equations in a calculator?. Could somebody out there please enlighten me with rational inequalities, function domain and conversion of units. I can’t afford to look for a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of getting better with topics like lcf or side-side-side similarity quickly, please let me know Thanks

Well I do have a advice for you.Sometime back even I was stuck on problems relating to how to do quadratic equations in a calculator?, that’s when my younger sister suggested that I should try Algebrator. It’s hard to believe but one night I was actually crying because I would miss another assignment deadline, and a couple of days from that I was actually helping my classmates with their homework as well. Algebrator is a nice tool. I have used it a lot. I tried solving the problems myself, at least once before using the software. If I couldn’t solve the question then I used the software to give me the solution. I then used to compare both the solutions and correct my mistakes.

I remember having problems with logarithms, subtracting exponents and monomials. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Basic Math, College Algebra and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
