square roots and exponents

I just discovered that I have hardly any time left in dealing with some issues with square roots and exponents. I had kept it on hold hoping that I will find high quality learning material or somebody who can lend a hand with proportions, solving inequalities and linear equations. May be, I did not explore hard enough. But at the moment I am behind schedule. It is simply taxing to find an excellent teacher to quickly tutor me. It is beyond what I can give. And I need to find a fast way out. Can someone who has had similar problems advice me as to what I can do? It will be a huge help.

If you don’t want to pay big bucks for a math tutor, the next best option would be a proper computer program which can help you to solve the problems.
