I'm just wondering if someone can give me a few pointers here so that I can understand the concepts behind factoring a quadratic equation. I find solving problems really difficult. I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra classes. Can you guys suggest any online tool that can assist me with this subject?

Being a professor, this is a comment I usually hear from students. factoring a quadratic equation is not one of the most popular topics amongst students. I never encourage my pupils to get ready made solutions from the web, however I do advise them to use Algebrator. I have developed a liking for this tool over time. It helps the children learn math in a convenient way.

Algebrator truly is a must-have for us math students. As already said in the post above, it solves questions and it also explains all the intermediary steps involved in reaching that final solution. That way you don’t just get to know the final answer but also learn how to go about solving questions from the scratch, and it helps a lot in working on assignments.

binomial formula, monomials and exponential equations were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is really the best math program that I have ever come across. I have used it through many math classes – Algebra 2, Basic Math and Algebra 1. Just typing in the algebra problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my math homework would be ready. I really recommend the program.

Is the software really that helpful? I’m just worried because it might not really help because it only solves the problem per ?e. I like to understand how a problem is solved and not only know the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this software?
