I just never seem to be able to solve a problem without going wrong a few times. Please do not tell me to take extra tutoring. They are costly and I cannot afford them. Any other suggestion would be more than welcome.

There are numerous tools for solving inequalities in excel "quadratic equations" which are a lot better than tutoring. Try Algebrator, and you will never need a tuition.

You will also find several exciting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math more enjoyable.
