I'm having immense difficulty knowing the logic behind the question about how to solve scientific notation by multiplying and dividing. Can somebody please assist me to understand how to come up with a detailed answer and explanation regarding how to solve scientific notation by multiplying and dividing specifically in topic of factoring? I was taught how to solve this before but now I forgot and confused how to solve it. I find it difficult to understand it on my own so I think I really need assistance since I think I can’t do this alone.
