Hi there I have almost taken the decision to look fora algebra private teacher, because I've been having a lot of problems with algebra homework lately. each time when I come home from school I wasteall my time with my algebra homework, and in the end I still seem to be getting the wrong answers. However I'm also not certain whether a algebra tutor is worth it, since it's very costly, and who knows, maybe it's not even that good. Does anyone know anything about "foil math" worksheets that can help me? Or maybe some explanations about side-side-side similarity, greatest common factor or triangle similarity? Any suggestions will be valued.

What exactly don't you understand about "foil math" worksheets? I recall having problem with the same thing in Intermediate algebra, so I think I could try to give you some advice on how to approach such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should try out Algebrator, that's what I did in my Pre Algebra, and I have to say it's the best! It's much cheaper than a private teacher and you can use it anytime you feel like. It's very easy to use it, even if you never ever tried a similar program. I would advise you to get it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra teacher. You won't regret it!

I know a couple of tutors who use Algebrator themselves to teach students.

Thanks for the detailed information, this sounds great. I needed something just like Algebrator, because I don't want a program which only solves the exercise and shows the final result, I want something that can actually show me how the exercise needs to be solved. That way I can learn it and next time solve it without any help, not just copy the results. Where can I find the software?

Just click this link to view more details: http://www.algbera.com/intermediate-algebra.html. I believe they are offering money back guarantee so you don’t have to worry about it. Believe me, it’s the best math software I used. I hope you’d get the assistance you are looking for from this software.
