great common factor

I think God would have been in a really bad mood decided to come up with something called math to trouble us! I’ve spent days trying to figure out a solution to this algebra problem which relates to great common factor and I still can’t solve it. I’m particularly stuck on side-side-side similarity, decimals and point-slope. Can anyone throw some light on how to go about solving such problems? I’ve tried various means that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent guidance now. Anybody?

How about some more details about your difficulty with great common factor? I might be able to give some leads. If you are not able to get a good help or some one to sit and sort out your trouble or if the cost is too high, then there might be another solution to your problem. There are some good algebra software that you can check out. I checked them out myself. It came across to me as good as any tutor can be. I would pick Algebrator for the kind of solutions that you are in the hunt for. What is nice about it is that it tutors you to the answer rather than plainly providing the answer. Why not give it a try?

I would just add a note to what has been posted above. Algebrator no doubt is the most useful tool one could have. Always use it as a guide and a means to learn and never to cheat.

I remember having problems with 3x3 system of equations, complex fractions and binomials. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Pre Algebra and Pre Algebra. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
